RFV Bodywork & Therapeutics is a locally owned wellness practice based in Basalt, Colorado, serving clients throughout the Roaring Fork Valley, including Carbondale, Willits, Woody Creek, Old Snowmass, Aspen, and Glenwood Springs.

We offer professional, licensed massage therapy and integrative bodywork focused on relieving physical tension, supporting the nervous system, and helping people feel more at ease in their bodies. Our services include Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, prenatal massage, cupping therapy, lymphatic support, somatic bodywork, and complementary nutritional therapy.

Each session is tailored to your needs on that day—whether you’re seeking stress relief, recovery from physical strain, support during pregnancy, or a more regulated and grounded nervous system. Sessions are available at our Basalt studio, with limited in-home massage services offered throughout the valley. Online booking is available for convenience.
